These are the projects that have received support from Foundation Emanuele Antola in the years 2006 and 2007. We have established a good working relationship with the management and we plan to continue supporting them. For more details on the projects click on the links. We would like to add many more projects to this list during 2008.
1. "Abha Seva Sadan Multitherapy Charitable Health Centre"
The Centre provides quality health care and health education. That includes holistic health care for the poor, offering acupuncture, homeopathy, and allopathy; grassroots work educating villagers; and training health care workers.
Location: Jharkhand, Northern India
Type of support: Microdonation to purchase a new sterilizer for acupuncture needles (2007).
2. "Nicaragua School, Centro Educativo"
The school provides education from kindergarten to grade 5 to the kids at Villa Reconciliacion, a poor neighborhood of Managua.
Location: Managua, Nicaragua
Type of support: donation of computer equipment (2006)
3. "Sunshine School (Nepal)"
This is an official private school that currently teaches 100 kids from poor families for free in Kathmandu.
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Type of support: Microdonation to help the construction of a new building.
4. "Haiti School:"
A private school with over 250 kids enrolled, located in a poor neighborhood of Port-au-Prince.
Location: Delmas, Port-au-Prince, Haiti
Type of support: Microdonation to help improve the school building.
