This is a socio-economic development project in the village-Madokipur, Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

“Right to education is still a far cry from its goal. Here, at Gurukul Education center, we work hard to educate the children with help of smart and educated teachers through different activities, projects, and video modules. We are preparing our students for the Navodaya School entrance test. After passing this test, the government will provide free education with hostel facilities to the students till class 12th. We are working to awaken a thirst for knowledge and a love for life-long learning. We are putting emphasis on character building, expanding minds, and sharpening intellect so that they can stand on their own feet. To prepare human resources for the future we need good infrastructure and few facilities. This is why we are in need of (near about Rs.1,03,000/-) funds for our education center for specific improvement.” – Babita (Project manager)

The project includes an Education and Computer Center and they have requested a grant to purchase the following equipment:

• 4 benches and 4 tables – INR 20,000
• Drinking water purifier machine – INR 8,000
• Laptop computer – INR 35,000
• Toilets repair and roof installation – INR 40,000

Foundation Emanuele Antola has pledge US$1,000 which is about INR 75,000
