I have just visited the Abha Seva Sadan Multitherapy clinic in Bokaro. I was quite impressed with the way the project is running. The premisses are well maintained and have developed a lot since my last visit about 6 months ago.

The medicinal and nutritional herbal garden has been expanded and the new fence sponsored by our foundation has been completed.

I spend one night at the guest room which is very clean, well maintained and even offers hot water which is a luxury in this part of India.

The clinic is specialized in acupuncture and homeopathy, besides offering also alopathic treatment. The area suffers from an almost epidemy of cerebral palsy and the clinic offers a special treatment for kids suffering from this serious condition. The parents keep on bringing their kids as they verify the improvement the treatment offers.

During my previous visit I had the opportunity to watch as they performed a full session of therapy to a number of kids which ended with a free hot meal to all. That was quite impressive. This time I did not have time for it.

I hope this project will continue receiving all the funds it needs and from our side we are ready to continue supporting it.
